Volunteer

We always welcome new volunteers who could support the Active Against Cancer staff in various roles, including our exercises classes in Harrogate and Ripon. No previous experience, preferred level of fitness or qualifications are needed.

The roles of current volunteers include organising fundraising events for our service, taking care of our garden and supporting exercise classes.

There are many easy ways of donating to support the work of Active Against Cancer via the Harrogate Hospital & Community Charity. You can donate online through the charity’s website, via bank transfer, post, or in person at the Active Against Cancer cabin. For full details click the button below.

Fundraise

Would you like to fundraise to support the work of Active Against Cancer? If you would like to take part in one of our fundraising events or organise your own, contact us via the button below and we can support you through the process of registering your fundraising through the Harrogate Hospital and Community Charity.

Friends of AAC

Friends of Active Against Cancer

Friends of Active Against Cancer is a group of current and former patients who organise social and fundraising events for Active Against Cancer. It is a friendly, welcoming group open to all Active Against Cancer patients.
